Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a standard return, for example if you changed your mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with its original packaging, and with any labels or accessories included.
You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customerâs responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an incorrect order.

We know that choosing the right foundation shade online is not always easy. Thatâs why, for Celyora foundation products, we offer a special exception: you may try the product.
If the shade does not blend well with your skin tone, please contact us. Our support team will help you find the best solution, which may include a free exchange or a refund, even if the product has already been opened.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable products
- Custom or personalized items
- Certain personal care items, except when covered by our âPerfect Shadeâ Guarantee
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to request a return first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item or shade you prefer.
For foundation shade issues covered by our âPerfect Shadeâ Guarantee, our support team may also offer a direct exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
